# Little Green Light

> Sync constituents, gifts, campaigns, appeals, events and volunteer activity from Little Green Light into your warehouse.

Little Green Light holds the story of every supporter: who gave, which appeal they answered, which events they came to and the time they volunteered. Seeing the full picture across a year of fundraising still takes a lot of exporting.

Filament brings your constituents, gifts, appeals, events and volunteer time into one place. Ask about retention, appeal results and event attendance in plain English, and set them beside your email and website data.

## Data we sync

- **Constituents**: People and organisations with their email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, relationships, memberships, groups and class affiliations. The LGL API only returns active constituents, so archived or deleted records drop out. (`id`, `sort_name`, `is_org`, `contact_type`, `interest_level`, `date_added`)
- **Gifts**: Gifts, pledges, in-kind gifts, soft credits and pledge payments, each linked to its campaign, fund, appeal and event. Amounts are in your account's currency. (`constituent_id`, `gift_type`, `gift_category`, `received_amount`, `received_date`, `parent_gift_id`)
- **Campaigns, funds and appeals**: The campaigns, funds and appeals your gifts are recorded against, plus the appeal requests sent to each constituent. (`name`, `campaign_id`, `financial_goal`, `cost`, `ask_amount`, `status`)
- **Events and attendance**: Events, invitations and guests, with one attendance row for each date a guest attended. (`event_id`, `date`, `rsvp`, `attended`, `is_guest`, `invitation_id`)
- **Contact reports, notes and volunteer time**: Contact reports, notes and volunteer hours recorded against each constituent. Tasks, attachments, mailing history and saved lists are not available through the LGL API. (`constituent_id`, `contact_report_type`, `team_member`, `volunteering_category`, `hours`, `date`)
- **Custom fields and team members**: Your custom field definitions, category and attribute values, lookups and team members. (`owner_type`, `owner_id`, `field_name`, `value`)

## How do I connect Little Green Light?

You need access to the LGL API settings in your Little Green Light account.

1. Open [Apps](https://filamentanalytics.com/apps) in Filament and add **Little Green Light**.
2. In Little Green Light, go to **Settings → Integration settings → LGL API** and copy your API key.
3. Paste the API key into Filament.
4. Choose whether to encrypt personal information, add context about your data and start the sync.
