What AgencyAnalytics does well
AgencyAnalytics is designed around client reporting for marketing agencies. Its Core plan is US$20 per client per month, billed annually, with a free 14-day trial and no credit card required (AgencyAnalytics pricing). The plan includes unlimited staff users and unlimited client users (AgencyAnalytics pricing).
Clients get a white-labelled portal, with your logo, colours, custom domain and custom email (AgencyAnalytics pricing). The product lists 85+ marketing integrations, grouped into categories such as SEO, PPC, social, email, local, call tracking and ecommerce (AgencyAnalytics integrations). It also includes AI summaries, an “Ask AI” feature and MCP access for ChatGPT and Claude (AgencyAnalytics pricing).
Which agencies should stay on AgencyAnalytics
If your agency reports mainly on SEO, paid search and social for its clients, and a branded client portal is part of what you sell, AgencyAnalytics fits that work closely. We wouldn’t suggest moving for the sake of it.
Where it gets harder for purpose agencies
Agencies that serve nonprofits are often asked about more than marketing. A client wants to know whether the appeal raised more than last year, how many donors gave again, or what a campaign returned once the donations came in. Those answers sit in fundraising platforms, CRMs and finance systems as well as in ad accounts. AgencyAnalytics describes its integrations as marketing integrations (AgencyAnalytics pricing), so check its list against your clients’ systems before you commit.
Where Filament is different
Filament connects marketing apps such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4 and Mailchimp, alongside fundraising, CRM and finance apps such as Raisely, Funraisin, Salesforce, NationBuilder, Xero and Stripe. When a client connects both, you can report on what a campaign cost and what it raised in one place.
Filament has agency accounts. You create and manage client accounts from your agency hub, assign team members to the clients they work on, and control who can view, edit and share dashboards. An agency workspace can query connected client data and build consolidated reports across clients, with client and source labels to keep comparisons clear. What you can compare depends on the data each client has connected.
You can turn a dashboard into an agency template and make it available to your client accounts. Each client builds their dashboard from that template using their own connected sources. Templates are a reusable starting point; they don’t rewrite existing client dashboards automatically.
Clients can be invited into their own account to explore and ask questions, or you can share a public dashboard link or embed without a Filament login. Anyone with a public link can view that dashboard. Answers in Filament show their working, with the methodology and SQL you can edit, and the MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT and your own agents work with the same data.
